Kirsten Stauffer

ABOUT
Kirsten holds a master’s in linguistics (with a TESOL focus) from the University of Colorado Boulder and a bachelor’s in international relations from the University of Delaware.
Kirsten has over 15 years of experience teaching, developing and designing curricula, and working with e-learning tools. Her scope consists of a variety of ESL/EFL levels and contexts, including IEP, ESP, Adult Literacy, STEM, Business, Workplace, Test Preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, and U.S. Naturalization Interview and Test). She has taught in person, online, remote, and hybrid. As a teacherpreneuer, Kirsten teaches privately and creates language teaching and learning lessons and materials. Furthermore, she is passionate about using best practices in EdTech to create engaging, effective, innovative, inclusive, and transformative learning experiences.
Additionally, she has experience working in and with non-profit organizations, for-profit companies, and governmental entities.
Originally from Pennsylvania, she has lived and worked in the United States, Germany, and Chile, and is now based in the digital world. She is a life-long learner and loves traveling, cooking, and outdoor activities.
